What technology does Wellhana use for its products?
Wellhana uses Google platform for its products. It is completely free.
Why does Wellhana use Google platform?
Google platform is completely free for users and it is universally and easily accessible.
Is Wellhana affiliated with Google?
No. Wellhana or Wellhana products are not affiliated with Google.
How does it work?
Wellhana products are built on Google Platform but how do they work in practice?
Wellhana's strategy is to offer accessible, easy-to-use and cost-effective wellbeing products. To bring this strategy to life, we have decided
1) Not to build a separate, propietary platform, where users would need to login, learn a new system and
2) organizations to pay costly subscription fees. Instead, our products are built on Google Sheets platform. Google's platform allows users to access an easy-to-use, familiar and cost-effective tool.
What does a user need to access and use the products?
The user only needs a free Google account. If a user already has e.g. a Gmail account, they can use the same login details to use Wellhana products.
Can I use the products on a mobile or a table?
Yes! In addition to using the products on a laptop or computer, Wellhana products are also available on mobile & tablet.
Steps after purchase
What happens after I have made my purchase?
You will get an order confirmation and an email with access links to Wellhana products.
I received a confirmation email and the access links attachment, what now?
Please distribute the access link attachment to all of the users in your organization. You can email it or make it available in your organization's intranet.
I sent the attachment to all users in my organization, what now?
Once a user clicks the link, it will prompt them to make a copy of the product to their own Google Account.
