This includes the software code, design, text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio recordings, and any other materials or content contained within the Products or Services.

2. License Grant

By purchasing or using our Products or Services, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased Product or Service for your internal business purposes only. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Products or Services.

3. Restrictions

4. User-Generated Content

If you submit, post, or otherwise make available any content through our Products or Services, you grant Wellhana a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

5. Copyright Infringement

Wellhana respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.

• A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our Products or Services.

• Your address, telephone number, and email address.

• A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
